The law gives you every right to appeal your appraised values. We work very hard to achieve a high level of accuracy in our appraisals. However, if there is a mistake or if you do not agree with our appraisal, we are just as eager to get it fixed as you are! That's what appeals are all about. If you have chosen to appeal the value of your property and are curious as to the first steps involved, this is the place for you. You will soon see that there is nothing difficult or mysterious to appealing your value.
