The following lists of Kansas-licensed wastewater installers and their addresses is derived from public records. To gain access to this list, please read the following statement and respond accordingly by clicking on the appropriate button.

K.S.A. 2006 Supp. 45-230, Unlawful use of names derived from public records, states in pertinent part that with the exception of certain professional and vocation organizations, "No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to persons listed therein, any list of names and addresses contained or derived from public records".
