Contractor License

Thank you for contacting Sedgwick County Department of Code Enforcement concerning obtaining a contractor’s license for Sedgwick County. Please fill out the attached forms and return to our department for processing along with the following information:

1. Certificate of insurance (at least $300,000) showing Sedgwick County as the certificate holder.

2. A copy of certificate showing successful completion of the required examination for the appropriate license.

3. A completed copy of the Application for Contractors Business License form for the appropriate of license.

4. A completed copy of the Permit Authorization Form, showing those persons authorized by your company to apply for the permit.

5. A completed copy of the Master's Responsibility Form, if applicable.

6. A completed copy of the Application for Master or Journeyman Trade Certificate, if applicable.

7. Payment of licensing & certification fee for the appropriate class of license.
