Donations to County Departments
From time to time, individuals, businesses and organizations make donations to Sedgwick County in support of specific programs or services. Some examples have included cash donations to the Sedgwick County EMS Bike Medic Program, Fire District Research & Development program and COMCARE’s Suicide Prevention Task Force or donations of equipment.
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to acknowledge any and all donations from any individual or group at a Commission meeting. Of course, donors may also choose to remain anonymous.
If you are interested in making a donation, a memorial or other gift to Sedgwick County, please contact the department head of the service or program to which you wish to donate. If you are unsure who to contact, call Sedgwick County Communications & Community Initiatives at (316) 660-9370.
