The Sedgwick County Health Discount Card continues to save you money on many of your prescription purchases and includes discounts on vision care, LASIK & PRK vision procedures, hearing aids & screenings, prepaid lab work, prepaid diagnostic imaging, and diabetic supplies for residents who are uninsured, underinsured, seniors and pet owners in the county.  Through a partnership with CVS Caremark, this discount card can help members save with discounts on certain procedures and screenings. Dental Discount Card

The Dental Discount Card program was designed for uninsured and underinsured county residents. Through a partnership with Careington International Corporation, this simple discount card can help members save an average of 20% to 50% on dental care and 20% on orthodontics.

How does the card work?

Members simply pay a small monthly fee for access to participating providers who have agreed to give services at discounted rates.

You simply schedule an appointment with a participating dentist or specialist and present your membership card to receive a discount at the time of service.
