Ways to Decrease Your Trash Bill:

Have your charges for trash service recently increased?  Here are a few ideas to help you get the best rate available:

• Call local trash haulers to find out which one charges the lowest rate for the service you require.  Switch to that hauler.

• Organize your neighborhood and agree to use one trash hauler.  Contact several haulers to learn how many homes are needed for a group rate.  Choose the hauler that offers the greatest price reduction.

• Some haulers offer a discount for senior citizens.  Call your hauler to learn if you qualify.

Check your phone book yellow pages for listings of local trash services.
