Fire Stations

Response Areas

Sedgwick County is served by nine county fire stations located strategically throughout the county. All stations are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by full-time trained firefighters and EMTs. The red fire station icon and corresponding color shaded area represent the nine coverage areas for Sedgwick County Fire District 1 and is protected by the Sedgwick County Fire Department. Shaded areas in the above map represent portions of the county that are served by other city fire departments. Those districts' fire departments serve as the primary responders to emergency calls requiring fire response, with the Sedgwick County Fire Department serving as a secondary response when requested.
