Healthy Babies is a prenatal and postpartum home visitation program designed to improve birth outcomes by decreasing premature birth, fetal and infant mortality and child abuse in high risk families.

Case management is provided by registered nurses to women at high risk for medical complications.  Emphasis is placed on teen and first-time mothers.

Family Support Services are provided by community liaisons to women at low risk for medical complications.

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visitation schedules are based on client need, often through the child’s 2nd birthday.
