Healthy Babies
is a prenatal and postpartum home visitation program designed to
improve birth outcomes by decreasing premature birth, fetal and
infant mortality and child abuse in high risk families.
Bebes Saludables
es un
programa de visitas a domicilio antes y después del parto con el
propósito de reducir los nacimientos prematuros, la mortalidad
infantil y fetal, y el abuso de los niños en familias de alto
riesgo.
Case management is provided by registered
nurses to women at high risk for medical complications. Emphasis is
placed on teen and first-time mothers.

primerizas y las menores de 18 años.
Family Support Services are provided by
community liaisons to women at low risk for medical complications.

Weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly visitation schedules are based on client need,
often through the child’s 2nd birthday.

Home visitation services are provided at no
charge to the client.
