Fees for Service
There are fees for most services provided by the Sedgwick County Health Department. The fees are on a sliding fee scale which is based on income. No one is refused service due to race, sex, age or inability to pay the fee. Proof of income is required. All services are confidential. Vietnamese and Spanish translation services are available.
