Please review this MMRS Medication Preparation video annually. After reviewing the video, provide the Sedgwick County MRC written documentation that you have completed the video review. Include the date of completion.  You may e-mail it to mrc@sedgwick.gov or fax it to (316) 660-5550. Please make sure your signature and another identifying piece of information is on the documentation, such as your date of birth or address.
