Board of Bids and Contracts
The Board of Bids and Contracts meet on
Thursday's at 10 a.m. in the Commission Meeting Room on the 3rd Floor of the
County Courthouse, 525 N. Main.
It is the function of the Board of Bids and Contracts to review and consider
any recommendation for purchases made by a County department or the Director of
Purchasing (or designee) and to direct their recommendations to the Board of
County Commissioners for subsequent review and consideration prior to the
finalization of any purchase order/contract.
Members of the Board of Bids and Contracts are appointed by the County
Manager for a term of two years and will generally be effective on August 1st.
