How to register

To register, use the online assistance above or complete the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). Acrobat Reader may be required to view this application. If you are unable to access this form, please e-mail or call our office at (316) 660-7100 and we will email, mail or fax the application to you. Or, you may obtain the Standard Form 76 - Registration and Absentee Ballot Request, Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) - from the U. S. Embassy or your Commanding Officer.

Kansas does not require that the form be notarized or witnessed.

The completed form must be sent to the Sedgwick County Election Office by one of the following methods:

You may mail your ballot to the Sedgwick County Election Office in the envelope provided with the ballot. Your ballot must be received by the Election Office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day in order to be counted.
