Fatality Crash 2/25/2024

On February 25^th, 2024 at approximately 4:18 pm Sedgwick County Sheriff Deputies responded to an injury accident at 5400 E. 47^th St. S.  Deputies determined Luciano Jorge-Garcia 24 year old male from Wichita was traveling eastbound on 47^th Street S. on a KTM motorcycle and lost control leaving the roadway.  Jorge-Garcia was transported to a local hospital and later died from his injuries.  The incident is still under investigation.
