ATTENTION VEHICLE OWNERS

In order to facilitate motor vehicle records conversion to a new statewide motor vehicle / driver’s license registration system which will be implemented by 2012, we are required to record the Kansas driver’s license / identification number of at least one owner on every personal vehicle title application or renewal. Owners of vehicles registered in a business name will be asked to furnish their FEIN number which will be entered instead of a driver’s license number. Leased vehicle users will be asked for the lessee’s Kansas driver’ license number. This information will not print on your receipt and will be on file only with the Kansas Department of Revenue. We do not retain this information at the county level.

Renewals are due by the last day of the month.

Didn’t get a renewal form for your vehicle?

Call 660-9110 with your tag number and current mailing address or submit a renewal request online.
We will mail out your registration information and you can mail your payment back!

DID YOU KNOW?  You can renew your license tag over the Internet, paying with a major credit card or electronic check.  Just go to the Kansas DMV website https://www.kswebtags.org/ and follow the easy directions.  A convenience fee will be applied.
