Sedgwick County Election Commissioner Announces Polling Site Change for 2023 Primary Election

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Sedgwick County Election Commissioner Laura Rainwater has changed a polling site for the Tuesday, Aug. 1 Primary Election that will affect voters in several precincts.

Cedar Point Church, 9221 E. 31st St. South, will no longer be used as a polling place on Primary Election Day; instead, those voters are now assigned to Wichita Southeast High School, 2641 S. 127th St. The Sedgwick County Election Office has mailed letters to notify approximately 3,800 voters impacted by the change in these precincts:

  • MI22

All voters who plan to vote on Primary Election Day are encouraged to check their assigned polling location in advance by visiting Kansas Secretary of State | VoterView (voteks.org). Polls will be open from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. More election information can be found at Election Office | Sedgwick County, Kansas.
