Satellite Locations Open for Early In-Person Voting Feb. 26

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Early in-person voting at satellite locations are open to registered City of Wichita voters beginning Thursday, Feb. 26, for the 2026 Wichita Special Election.

Sedgwick County Election Commissioner Laura Rainwater will be available for media interviews Thursday, Feb. 26, at 11 a.m. at Reformation Lutheran Church, 7601 E. 13th St. N.

Satellite early in-person voting is available at nine locations Thursday, Feb. 26, and Friday, Feb. 27, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.:

·         Evangel Presbyterian Church, 1545 S. 135th St W.

·         Machinist Building, 3830 S. Meridian

·         Mt Vernon Methodist Church, 5701 E. Mt Vernon St.

·         Northside Church of Christ, 4545 N. Meridian

·         Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2727 E. 25th St N.

·         Reformation Lutheran Church, 7601 E. 13th St. N.

·         Sedgwick County Extension Office, 7001 W. 21st St. N.

·         St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 2555 Hyacinth Ln.

·         Woodland Lakes Community Church, 770 S Greenwich Rd.

Registered voters can also visit Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1958 N. Webb Rd., on Friday, Feb. 27, from 10 a.m-6 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Advance in-person voting continues at the Sedgwick County Election Office at 510 N. Main, Suite 101, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., until March 2 at noon. Advance ballots by mail must be received by the Election Office at 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.
