Sedgwick County Employee Arrested & Booked

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – A Sedgwick County Courthouse Police employee is under arrest and in custody on suspicion of criminal threat. The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the case and their findings will be presented to the District Attorney for potential charges. The employee is on administrative leave pending the determination of the District Attorney and the completion of an internal investigation.

Sedgwick County Government is dedicated to providing a healthy, safe and welcoming community. Due to this being a criminal investigation and a personnel matter, Sedgwick County will not comment further.
