To be eligible you must be a regular full- or part-time bookseller or comic retailer at a bricks-and-mortar bookstore in the United States, Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam OR an employee of a bookstore closed which within the past 6 months (employee must have a minimum of 12 months tenure)
