Adults and children* 12 months** to 17 years old can receive their MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccine on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- ID required for adults (18+)
- Photo ID preferred (driver’s license, state ID, passport, Matrícula Consular, etc.)
- Bring your vaccination records if you have them

Before entering the clinic, you will be asked the following Pre-Screen Questions:
Please answer the following questions and follow the response guidelines before entering our clinic:
- Are you experiencing cough, fever, rash, runny nose, or red, watery eyes?
- Have you traveled overseas or to an area with a known measles outbreak in the last 21 days?
- Have you been exposed to someone who has measles?
Response Guidelines
- If you answered YES to #1 and YES to either #2 or #3, you SHOULD NOT enter our clinic.
- Please call your healthcare provider. If you don’t have a health care provider, call the Health Department at 316-660-5558.
