Press Conference on 29th Street N. and 135th Street W. to be held Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, at 2 p.m.

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Sedgwick County Commissioner Stephanie Wise and Sedgwick County Sheriff Jeff Easter will hold a press conference Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, at 2 p.m., to address community concerns regarding the intersection of 135th St. W. and 29th St. N., including the tragic fatal crash that took place Aug. 14, 2025. The press conference will be held in the Sedgwick County 6th Floor Conference Room in the Ruffin Building, located at 100 N. Broadway Ave.
