| Description: | The selected site is located at 235 S. Topeka Avenue in downtown Wichita, Kansas and is adjacent to the Wichita Biomed Center (WBC) currently under construction. The existing building is a two-story structure consisting of approximately 35,121 square feet of existing usable space. This project includes a renovation and conversion of a two-story brick masonry building into a substance abuse and stabilization care center with an approximate two-story 900 square foot expansion to provide lobby space with and elevator and stairs. |
