  • High fever (may spike to more than 104°F)
  • Cough
  • Runny nose
  • Red, watery eyes
  • Tiny white spots with bluish-white centers found inside the mouth (Koplik spots)
  • Blotchy rash on the skin which spreads from head down to feet
