Sedgwick County Association of Cities

Sedgwick County Association of Cities

Sedgwick County, located in the south-central part of Kansas is home to twenty municipalities including the largest city in the state, Wichita, the "Air Capital of the World". With a population of over 500,000, Sedgwick County is the second largest county in the state with a rich culture and diverse population. Each of our twenty cities offer a great and safe place to live and raise a family with some of the best public schools in the state.

The Sedgwick County Association of Cities (SCAC) is an organization that has been representing our area municipalities a.k.a. local governing bodies for many years. We meet the second Saturday of odd numbered months. Each city takes turns hosting a meeting at various locations around the county and meetings typically includes a guest speaker.
