SEDGWICK COUNTY, Kan. — Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office Detention Deputy Jordan Rubio was arrested on Sunday, May 4, on suspicion of driving under the influence by the Derby Police Department.
Rubio has been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since February 2024. He is currently the subject of both a criminal investigation by Derby Police Department and an internal administrative investigation related to the arrest.
