12/09/2025	CHIP Development Meeting #2	The first CHIP Development Meeting on the road to the 2026-2031 CHIP was held on October 14, 2025, at the Sedgwick County Extension Center, bringing together 50 participants from 25 community organizations.
10/14/2025	CHIP Development Meeting #1	On December 9, 2025, community members and partner organizations gathered at the Sedgwick County Extension Office for the second Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) meeting. The session brought together 45 in-person attendees and 14 virtual participants, representing 37 organizations across Sedgwick County.
09/10/2025	Community Health Summit	On September 10, 2025, community members and organizations from across Sedgwick County came together for the 2025 Community Health Summit to review the 2025 Community Health Assessment (CHA), a snapshot of Sedgwick County’s health outcomes, and discuss key findings with partners and peers.
