MFLA / UFLA / TLA

  • MFLA is the total number of square feet on the main floor
  • UFLA is the total number of square feet on the floors above the main floor
  • TLA is the total number of square feet above ground
Quality/CDU/Phys Cond
  • Quality is the overall construction quality of the dwelling
  • CDU is the Condition, Desirability, and Utility (functionality) of the dwelling
  • Phys Cond is the physical condition of the dwelling

Bed / FBath / HBath / Fix Cnt

 

  • Bed is the number of bedrooms
  • FBath is the number of full baths
  • HBath is the number of half baths
  • Fix Cnt is the total number of plumbing fixtures in the dwelling
Foundation / Basement Type

Type of basement or foundation for the dwelling

Bsmt / FBLA / RecRm 

  • Bsmt – is the total square footage of the basement area 
  • FBLA – is the total square footage of a higher quality of finished area in a basement
  • RecRm – is the total square footage of a lower quality of finished area in a basement

AttG / DetG/ BmtG

  • AttG – is the total square footage of the attached garage
  • DetG – is the total square footage of the detached garage

Number of months from the valuation date of January 1st that the sale occurred.
