911 Line Connectivity Restored

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, Sedgwick County Emergency Communications (SCEC) experienced a delay in answering 911 calls between 9:53-9:58 a.m. This was due to a loss of connectivity from AT&T and not a system failure. Service has been restored and they are able to receive contact. SCEC is in communication with AT&T to determine the cause of the disruption and respond to any potentially missed connections.
