BugFest: Fun-filled educational opportunity will teach public about bugs

The Sedgwick County Bed Bug Task Force will host a come-and-go event at the Sedgwick County Extension Center, 7001 W. 21 st St. North, on Saturday, June 3 from 8 a.m. to noon. There will be speakers about a wide variety of bugs – from bed bugs to mosquitoes and more – plus tables with information and activities. This event is open to the public.

The Sedgwick County Bed Bug Task Force is comprised of more than 15 different partner organizations in Sedgwick County. It was created to educate the public about bed bugs and reduce the stigma associated with bed bug infestation.

See attached flyer for additional BugFest information. For information about bed bugs, please see the Bed Bug Task Force website at http://www.sedgwick.k-state.edu/bedbugs/index.html
