Commissioners Attend Luncheon Featuring Arthur Brooks

The Sedgwick County commissioners will attend The Secret to Happiness a luncheon featuring Dr. Arthur Brooks at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Hyatt Regency Riverview Ballroom, 400 W. Waterman Street.
