(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Several Sedgwick County Commissioners are planning to tour the temporary Emergency Winter Shelter at 2220 E. 21st St. today at 1:30 p.m. HumanKind Ministries will explain how it plans to operate the shelter and what kind of services will be available to people in need.
