County Accepts Jury Verdict, to Pay in Personal Injury Case

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – A jury has awarded damages in the amount of $456,245 to Karrie Oxford as a result of a personal injury case against Sedgwick County. Sedgwick County respects the legal process, accepts the jury’s decision, and will pay the judgment.

The case was a result of an accident between Oxford’s personal vehicle and a Sedgwick County dump truck on March 14, 2016 south of I-235 on West Street.
