County names new chief financial officer

Effective immediately, Lindsay Poe Rousseau has accepted the Chief Financial Officer position for Sedgwick County. Poe Rousseau has served as the Interim CFO since December 2016 and previously served as Budget Director since 2013. Her extensive experience within the Budget Office, knowledge, skills, and work ethic made her the optimal candidate for this position. She will continue to serve as interim Budget Director until that position is filled.

She received her Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of Kansas School of Law. Poe Rousseau is a past participant of the Leadership Wichita program, an active member of the Kansas Government Finance Officers Association and Public Finance Professionals.
