Emergency Communications lines delayed this morning

From roughly 9:45 to 10 a.m. this morning calls into 911 were taking longer than normal to reach the communications center. This issue affected emergency call centers on the state-hosted solution. AT&T responded to this issue and fixed it. During those 15 minutes, calls for emergency assistance still reached the call center and staff was able to respond.
