Track COVID-19 Vaccine Data in Sedgwick County

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Sedgwick County residents can now track local vaccine data on a new website. Find it by clicking “Exploring COVID-19 Vaccine Data” on the County’s homepage, www.sedgwickcounty.org.

The Vaccine StoryMap website includes reported doses given by the Sedgwick County Health Department (SCHD) and other providers in Sedgwick County. Data are doses given by SCHD and doses voluntarily reported to SCHD by local vaccine providers.

The County is following guidance from federal and state governments as it develops and implements the COVID-19 vaccination schedule. As more vaccine is received, more people will be vaccinated following CDC and KDHE guidelines. The vaccination schedule is designed to assure that all who want to be vaccinated will have that opportunity. The implementation of the vaccination schedule is dependent on the manufacturing and distribution schedule from vaccine providers.

Providers may voluntarily submit their COVID-19 dispensing data online to the Health Department at www.sedgwickcounty.org/covid-19/vaccine-information. The Vaccine StoryMap is updated each Wednesday with aggregate data from the most recent completed week. This StoryMap joins two other COVID-19 data websites for residents, the COVID-19 Dashboard and the first StoryMap - Exploring Weekly Data and Trends. For best results, use StoryMap-supported browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.
