Victims of fatal crash identified

The Regional Forensic Science Center has identified the victims of a fatal accident on Sunday, December 30 at McConnell Air Force Base’s 31^st St. Secondary Access Point.  The two victims are Isaiah Chandler, 17 and Matthew Pyles, 29.
