RFP Sent for Leasing of Former Boys Ranch

On Aug. 6, the Sedgwick County Purchasing Department sent out a Request for Proposals (RFP) for leasing the property formerly known as Judge Riddel Boys Ranch, 25331 W. 39th St. South, Goddard.

Proposals will be opened on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 2 p.m. in the Sedgwick County Purchasing Department, 525 N. Main, Suite 823, Wichita. The review process will begin after the bid opening. There is no timeline on when a decision will be made. Bid openings are open meetings.
