Fatal Shooting 2.11.22

On February 10, 2022 at 1:15 PM, deputies were sent to check the welfare of a man in the 200 block of east 86^th Street South after a property owner noticed him lying next to their home. When deputies arrived to check on the man, they discovered he was deceased and had suffered a gunshot wound. Detectives are collecting evidence and conducting interviews to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

 

The victim is a 23-year-old man from Wichita. His name is being withheld at this time.
