At approximately 7:00 AM, on October 10, 2022, a 2012 Chevy Silverado traveling westbound on 55th Street West was struck by a 2013 Subaru SUV traveling southbound on highway K-15.
The 57-year-old male driver of the Chevy Silverado died at the scene.
The 30-year-old male driver of the Subaru was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries
Stop signs are posted for east and westbound traffic on 55th Street South at highway K-15.
The circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.
