Jail System Outage

On 09/01/2023 at approximately 9:00 A.M., the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of a system outage affecting the inmate phones, video visitation, and tablet services. The Sheriff’s Office immediately notified the outside vendors and are working in conjunction with them to find a solution. The Sheriff’s Office understands the need for incarcerated individuals to remain in contact with friends and family in the public, and is working diligently to restore these services.
