Two of the "Top 15 Registered Offenders" captured

Alvin Manuel and Shavis Eackles, each profiled as one of the Crime Stoppers “Top 15 Registered Offenders” for the month of May, were arrested in Wichita on May 31, 2017. They were wanted by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office for offender registration violations.

Each week Crime Stoppers, in conjunction with the Sheriff’s Office, distributes an “Offender” to the media. If you know where this person is, you can leave an anonymous tip and be eligible for a cash reward.
