Wrongful Death Lawsuit Debra Arbuckle

The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office has not been served with the wrongful death lawsuit regarding Debra Arbuckle.  Therefore, we cannot comment on any details contained in the complaint.  Additionally, this incident is still under review with the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office and it is not our practice to comment on an ongoing investigation.
