These documents were developed as a collaborative effort between these agencies within Sedgwick County; Kansas Department for Children and Families, EmberHope Connections, Kansas Department of Corrections, Office of Judicial Administration, Sedgwick County Department of Corrections, DCCCA, and Community Solutions. The purpose of these documents is to outline the expectations for how these agencies work with Crossover Youth and other professionals due to the complex needs of youth involved in multiple systems.
