I agree to comply with the requirements of the Sedgwick County Fire Code and the codes of Sedgwick County. I understand that I must contact the Sedgwick County Fire Prevention Office at least 2 working days in advance to schedule an inspection. A site plan of the operation must be submitted along with this application and be approved prior to calling for an inspection. I also understand that if I schedule an inspection and fail to notify the fire department of the need to cancel or reschedule, a $100.00 re-inspection fee can be assessed before a new date is established.
