TB TESTING FOR WORK, SCHOOL, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS
If you need a TB screening:
TB skin and blood testing for work, school, or other requirements are available by appointment at our West Central location (listed above).
Testing is available on the following days by appointment:
- TB Skin Test:
- Monday-Wednesdays: 8am-4:30pm
- No TB skin tests on Thursdays
- Fridays: 8am-4pm
- TB Blood Test (QuantiFERON test):
- Monday-Wednesdays: 8am-4pm

You should get tested for tuberculosis if:

You have spent time with someone who has active TB disease or may have active TB disease.

You have HIV or another health condition that increases your risk for active TB disease.

You have symptoms of active TB disease.

You were born in or frequently traveled to a country where TB is common.
-
You live in a large group setting such as a homeless shelter, jail, or nursing home.

You inject drugs.
If you have TB symptoms or have been exposed to TB, see your healthcare provider as soon as possible.
- Your healthcare provider can perform a TB skin or blood test and chest X-ray, if needed.
