Employee Login to ESS
As a Sedgwick County employee, you can access Employee Self Service (ESS) from anywhere, at any time! All current ESS functionality including viewing your paycheck, updating your personal information, printing out your W2 and enrolling in benefits is available. All you need is a computer and a connection to the internet.
Before you can access ESS from any computer, you must set up Remote Access to ESS through e-line on your Sedgwick County computer. Go to e-line, Employee Self Service, My Personal Info, Remote Access to ESS. Click on Remote Access Self Service Portal link to set up your account.
Logging into ESS from any outside computer requires your normal County User ID and a 2nd password or “token” that can be emailed to you, texted to your phone, or you can request to be called. Once you receive the “token”, simply login and you are good to go!
