CHILDREN
Babies & Toddlers 

0 Through 3 Years Old

  • DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, also known as whopping cough) 
  • Chickenpox (Varicella) 
  • COVID-19, yearly (ages 6 months and older) 
  • Flu, yearly  
  • Hepatitis A 
  • Hepatitis B 
  • Hib (Haemophilus influenza Type B) 
  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) 
  • Pneumonia (Pneumococcal)
  • Polio 
  • Rotavirus
  • RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) - Talk to your healthcare provider
School Age Children

4 Through 6 Years Old

Missed shots from previous years, plus:

  • Chickenpox (Varicella)
  • COVID-19, yearly
  • DTaP 
  • Flu, yearly 
  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) 
  • Polio 

7 Through 10 years

Missed shots from previous years, plus:

  • COVID-19 
  • Flu, yearly 

11 Through 18 Years Old

Missed shots from previous years, plus:

  • COVID-19 
  • Flu, yearly 
  • HPV (human papillomavirus)
  • Meningitis (meningococcal)
  • TDaP (Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis, also known as whopping cough) 
ADULTS
During Pregnancy (Any Age)

Pregnant Women

Pregnant women should receive the following immunizations during each pregnancy:

  • TDaP 
  • Flu 

Some women may need other vaccines before, during, or after they become pregnant.

Talk with your healthcare provider to know if you should receive the following immunizations:

  • Hepatitis A 
  • Hepatitis B 
Adults and Seniors

19 Years Old to 49 Years Old

  • COVID-19, yearly
  • Flu, yearly 
  • Pneumonia (Pneumococcal) - Talk to your healthcare provider
    • For people who smoke or vape, or who are alcohol-dependent, or who have asthma, diabetes, lymphoma, HIV, chronic lung disease, or who have a weakened immune system
  • Td (tetanus (lockjaw) and diphtheria), every 10 years 

50 Years Old and Beyond

  • COVID-19, yearly
  • Flu, yearly
  • Pneumonia (Pneumococcal)
  • Shingles
  • Td (tetanus (lockjaw) and diphtheria), every 10 years
