   Jayson Russell owns J L Russell, LLC, Class B Contractor’s License (BUS2015-09043), and J L Russell Roofing, LLC, Roofing/Siding Contractor’s License (BUS2025-12112). Mr. Russell is the Qualified Person for J L Russell, LLC, and would like to become the Qualified Person for J L Russell Roofing, LLC. (MABCD Staff Recommendation: Board discretion.)
