Summary |
On September 10, 2025, community members and organizations from across Sedgwick County came together for the 2025 Community Health Summit to review the 2025 Community Health Assessment (CHA), a snapshot of Sedgwick County’s health outcomes, and discuss key findings with partners and peers. The event featured presentations from Ascension Via Christi, the Wyandotte County Public Health Department, and WSU, as well as group discussions, and wide representation from 69 attendees representing community members and 35 organizations. |

2025 Health Issues Data |
Attendees took part in a Data Walk, where large posters displayed key information on the 15 selected health issues. This allowed them to review key facts, trends, and community data up close, ask questions, and discuss what it means for the community. |
