CHIP Development Meeting 2 Flyer (NOV 2025)

CHIP DEVELOPMENT MEETING #1

The first CHIP Development Meeting was held on October 14, 2025, at the Sedgwick County Extension Center, bringing together 50 participants from 25 community organizations.

During the meeting, attendees reviewed data on 15 key health issues and selected the Health Priorities for the 2026 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which begins in January. The second CHIP Development Meeting will be held on December 9 from 9 AM to 2 PM at the Sedgwick County Extension Center, and all community members and organizations are welcome.

2025 Health Issues Data

The Sedgwick County Health Department CHIP Health Priority Survey was distributed in September 2025 to partners and community members. A total of 193 people responded.
