Vaccine Prices

Effective January 1, 2026, a $20 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER DOSE applies for all immunizations unless paying through insurance. Individuals receiving vaccines through Vaccines for Children (VFC) or Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program funds will not be denied due to of inability to pay

PAYMENT METHODS:

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
    • Credit or debit card payments will include processing fee. 
    • We accept FSA cards (Flexible Spending Account), which work like a debit card for eligible medical expenses.
    • Payment may be required at the time of service if insurance coverage is not available.
    • We do not accept HSA cards (Health Savings Account) at this time.

Vaccines Without Insurance

WHO IS THIS FOR? Uninsured (and sometimes underinsured) adults and/or children without health insurance.

Vaccines for Children (VFC)

VFC is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to uninsured or underinsured children. There is a $20 per vaccine administration fee, which may be reduced with proof of household income.

Vaccines for Adults
(VFA or 317) 

The VFA Program provides no-cost vaccines for uninsured or underinsured adults 19 years
of age and older.

REQUIREMENTS
    • A parent or legal guardian with photo ID must be present at the appointment.

    • There is a $20 administration fee per vaccine, which may be reduced with proof of household income.
    • Children (birth-18 years) receiving vaccines funded by the VFC program will not be denied vaccination if their family is unable to pay the administration fee.

Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Chickenpox (MMRV) 12 months through 12 years
Meningococcal disease (Meningococcal vaccine) 11 years and older (earlier for some conditions)
Pneumococcal disease (PCV) 2 months and older
Pneumococcal disease for certain medical conditions (PPSV23 / Pneumovax) 2 years and older with qualifying conditions
Polio (IPV) 2 months and older
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Infants and young children (age eligibility varies)
Rotavirus (Rotavirus vaccine) Infants only (series must begin by 15 weeks of age)
Whooping Cough, Diphtheria, and Tetanus (DTaP / Tdap) Infancy through adulthood (product depends on age)
COMBINATION VACCINES
Combination vaccines protect against multiple diseases in one shot. They are used when appropriate to reduce the number of injections needed. Your provider will help determine which vaccine is right based on age, medical history, and vaccine availability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • There is a $20 administration fee per vaccine.
  • Adults (19+ years) receiving vaccines funded by the VFA program will not be denied vaccination if they are unable to pay the administration fee.

Vaccines With Insurance

WHO IS THIS FOR? Individuals with private insurance or other accepted plans.

COVERAGE NOTES:

  • Most vaccines listed on this page are available through private insurance.
  • For adults with private insurance or Medicaid, there is no out of pocket expense if insurance covers the cost of vaccine. Please verify coverage with your insurance plan.  Please bring your insurance card and the name and birthdate of the policy holder with you.
  • Most insurance plans are accepted. 
    • We DO NOT accept Medicare Part D.
  • Individuals without insurance may qualify for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) or Vaccines for Adults (VFA or 317-funded) programs at no cost. (See Vaccines Without Insurance.)

Final costs, including administration fees, will reflect the current pricing at the time of service and can be confirmed during your appointment.

Travel Health Reminders
  • Contact a local pharmacy or your healthcare provider if you need a travel vaccine that is not listed.
  • For travelers who are not up to date with routine vaccines, prioritize administration of those that protect against diseases for which the traveler is most likely to be at risk (e.g., hepatitis A, influenza, or measles). Children in the United States routinely receive hepatitis A vaccine, but it is not included in the adult immunization schedule.
