Vaccine Prices
Effective January 1, 2026, a $20 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER DOSE applies for all immunizations unless paying through insurance. Individuals receiving vaccines through Vaccines for Children (VFC) or Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program funds will not be denied due to of inability to pay.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
- Credit or debit card payments will include processing fee.
- We accept FSA cards (Flexible Spending Account), which work like a debit card for eligible medical expenses.
- Payment may be required at the time of service if insurance coverage is not available.
- We do not accept HSA cards (Health Savings Account) at this time.
Vaccines Without Insurance
WHO IS THIS FOR? Uninsured (and sometimes underinsured) adults and/or children without health insurance.

A parent or legal guardian with photo ID must be present at the appointment.
- There is a $20 administration fee per vaccine, which may be reduced with proof of household income.
- Children (birth-18 years) receiving vaccines funded by the VFC program will not be denied vaccination if their family is unable to pay the administration fee.

COVERAGE NOTES:
- Most vaccines listed on this page are available through private insurance.
- For adults with private insurance or Medicaid, there is no out of pocket expense if insurance covers the cost of vaccine. Please verify coverage with your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card and the name and birthdate of the policy holder with you.
- Most insurance plans are accepted.
- We DO NOT accept Medicare Part D.
- Individuals without insurance may qualify for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) or Vaccines for Adults (VFA or 317-funded) programs at no cost. (See Vaccines Without Insurance.)

Final costs, including administration fees, will reflect the current pricing at the time of service and can be confirmed during your appointment.

- Contact a local pharmacy or your healthcare provider if you need a travel vaccine that is not listed.
- For travelers who are not up to date with routine vaccines, prioritize administration of those that protect against diseases for which the traveler is most likely to be at risk (e.g., hepatitis A, influenza, or measles). Children in the United States routinely receive hepatitis A vaccine, but it is not included in the adult immunization schedule.
